aware of the devastating impact that fraudulent card use can have on our
customer's fuel bills.
Industry statistics show that card fraud currently runs at an estimated cost
of £40 million per annum.
In response to this, diesel direct is the only network to
incorporate protection against card fraud by introducing Zero Liability.
Where fuel card theft has occurred and is reported to Abbey Fuelcards via the
stop card system, the cost of any associated illegal fuel drawings will no
longer be the responsibility of the victim i.e. you.
In order for you to safeguard yourselves, and enjoy the additional peace of mind
