abbey Fuelcards has launched a new refuelling site location service for abbey diesel direct fuelcard customers whose vehicles are equipped with satellite navigation. This extra free of charge facility provides regularly updated files of site locations where the abbey diesel direct fuelcard is accepted.

The files are available in two formats: Mappoint® or TomTom® and will be emailed to customers on request, for loading into their sat-nav system’s software.

There are four file options to suit particular operational needs. One covers all diesel direct sites but, if preferred, customers can request any of three other files selected according to specialisation: covering Smart sites, HGV sites or LCV sites.Cardholders may also request more than one file in order to tailor their sat-nav system to their own specific requirements, with unique Points of Information (POI) icons.

Participating customers are assured of having the latest site information. Once installed the new abbey service will automatically send weekly email updates.
